Is your hair 100% human hair? How can I tell if a wig is made from human hair?
We are selling nice virgin hair, which is natural and nice. Our wigs are made from 100% human hair. You can burn a strand: human hair turns to ash and smells like feathers, synthetic melts.
Why do I receive the parcel not like the pictures shows?
Normally when we post the pictures or videos to our social media, it is styled by professional hairstylists. The product is the same, but may not be restyled yet.
Why does my wig/hair smell a little?
It is the smell from the factory, not chemicals. It will fade after washing and airing.
How long does a human hair wig last?
With proper care, a quality human hair wig can last 6–12 months depending on usage and styling.
How to choose the best human hair wigs?
Choose based on style, length, color, texture, and cap construction. Make sure to measure your head size for proper fit.
Can I straighten/style the hair with flatiron/curler?
Yes, you can style and dye it. Avoid excessive heat to maintain quality.
What type of hair care products should I use?
Treat it like your own hair. Use shampoo, conditioner, styling products, and oil to keep it healthy.
Will the wig color in the picture look exactly the same in real life?
Due to lighting and monitor differences, colors may appear slightly different.
Can I get my wig free part? Can I change my part?
Yes, all wigs are free part and can be changed to middle or side part.
How can I know which length I need?
Check the length reference. For curly hair, straighten before measuring.
How can I untangle my wig?
Use a wide-tooth comb from ends to roots gradually. Do not comb from root directly.
Why does the wig look shorter than photos?
Head size and neck length differences can affect how the wig length appears.
Does your wig come bleached?
Lace is slightly bleached for a natural look, but not deeply to avoid damage.
Can I dye the hair?
Yes, but it's safer to dye darker. Professional coloring is recommended.
How do pre-cut lace wigs differ?
They come pre-cut with pre-plucked hairline, saving time and effort.

Where is my order? Can I have a tracking number?
Generally, we will ship out your order within 1-3 business days. Once the parcel has been shipped, we will post the tracking number on the website and to your email. You can check the status. If not, you can send us an Email. We will help you.
When will I receive my tracking number?
You will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number within 24-48 hours of your order being shipped.
When can I receive my order?
Normally, your order can delivery within 3-7 business days, if weekend or holiday or Customized wig, it maybe have a 3-5 days delay. For pre-sale or customized items, it will need (5-7days) extra to be ready for shipment then.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you want to cancel or change your order, please send email to service@pixiecutwigs.com at first.
If I'm not at home, how can I sign for my package? Can I have a delivery service without signature?
Yes, you can. You can leave a note in your order, or call DHL/FedEx to apply the service.
Do I have to have a PayPal account to order? Can I use my credit card?
You can place an order without a PayPal account, you can pay with Credit/Debit Card directly. If you have any payment problems, please contact with us service@pixiecutwigs.com.
Why was my payment declined?
PIXIECUTWIGS accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and JCB. If you have trouble paying via credit card, please check the details of your card information to make sure they are correct, including the expiration date, cardholder name, security code on the back of your card as well as the billing address. Please ensure that you have not reached the card limit or if the card is currently being reviewed by your bank. Where do you ship to, and how much does shipping cost?
For your convenience, we ship for free worldwide. However, Order Total less $50 need to charge the Shipping fee $19.95.
How long until I receive my parcel?
Once you complete payment for your order, we generally start processing your order within 1-3 business days. For pre-sale or customized items, it will need (5-7days) extra to be ready for shipment then. please confirm shipping time with our service via service@pixiecutwigs.com. We ues Fedex. And you can receive a notification after shipped out.

Which express do you use? How long can I receive the parcel?
We use Fedex. Generally, the package will be delivered with 3-7 business days in USA.
Can I use PO.box as the shipping address? or billing address?
We don't accept PO.box(including FPO or APO) as the shipping address, because the Express(Fedex) can't delivery, we only accept the physical address as shipping address. However, you can use PO.box as billing address.

RETURN POLICY

If I don't like it, can I return it?
We offer an easy 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. If you would like to know more, please view our 30-day return policy.
Can I get a full refund?
If the returning is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products), after confirmed, we will provide a full refund for you, but you need to contact us about the defective items via email within 2 days.
How long can I get a refund if I return it?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 3-5 working days.
If I make a wrong order, can I exchange it?
If the parcel has not been shipped, you can send an email to service@pixiecutwigs.com. We will modify the order for you. Once your parcel is shipped out, you can try to make an exchange after receiving it.

How to wash/care your hair/wig?

1. When you wash the hair, better to brush it first. Use warm water and hair shampoo to wash for twice. Then put hair conditioner equally on the hair for 5 minutes. Then wash it with cleaning water. Hair conditioner is very necessary every time when you wash your hair! We suggest you to use high quality hair conditioner.

2. If you want to blow your hair dry, please blow to 80% dry, then keep the rest 20% to naturally dry, by this way, it will keep your hair away from drying and frizzy!

3. When you feel the hair is very dry, you can spray some hair oil. Meanwhile, when you wash the hair, you can pour little hair care oil into warm water ,and put the hair inside that warm water for 10 minutes around. The hair will be more silk and soft comparing before. But we don’t suggest you to use hair oil everyday. Because hair oil may make your hair strands dry and hard!

4. If you want to get your hair curls back, better to use crimping iron to curl the hair according to its original curl shape again!

How to use wig/hair?

1. If you want your wig/hair looks natural/amazing as our post on FB/IG, you have better to book a professional hairstylist to install it.

2. If the hair is wavy or curly style, we don't suggest to comb it. If you have to, please comb it with hands or wide-teeth brush gently. Tight teeth brush will ruin the hair original shape and make it fizzy and feels like tangle! Please always comb the hair from the ends and work your way up.

3. When you dye the hair with bleach powder, please control the time within 5 minutes. If you dye it with dye cream, you need to control the time within 20 minutes. Otherwise, the hair will be damaged by cream if you leave it too long there.

4. When sleeping,please bond the hair with elastic band or wear a cap. It will avoid tangling or shapes-changing. After waking up, please remove the band and comb through beginning at the ends and working your way up to the roots.

5. When swimming, we suggest to wear a swimming cap. Because the sea water or pool water is not good for hair, it will make the hair tangle and rough. It’s better to wash it with warm water, with hair shampoo and hair conditioner after swimming.
